想要漂亮胸型 快學十字穴位按摩

(中央社記者陳偉婷台北28日電)夏日穿著清涼,不少女性在乎胸型,中醫師李昀真說,每天不妨花幾分鐘做穴位按摩,按壓胸部上下左右4點穴道,飲食則多補充膠原蛋白,有助胸部Q彈。

胸部周圍有4點穴道庫房穴、天溪穴、乳根穴和膻中穴,分別在胸部邊緣的12點鐘、3點鐘、6點鐘、9點鐘方向。

開業中醫師李昀真說,女性如果想要漂亮的胸型,每天晚上洗完澡後,可邊抹乳液,邊做胸部按摩,穴道的位置以乳暈為中心畫一個十字,就能找到上述4個美胸穴位。

她說,按摩方向從上開始、往外、再往下,最後回到兩胸之間的膻中穴,方向依序是庫房穴、天溪穴、乳根穴、膻中穴,每個穴位按壓5到10秒,4個方向按為1回合,每天按摩5到10回。4個穴位都按完後,再按摩整個胸部,但也要由外而內按。

李昀真說,按壓力道要輕柔舒服,不可太過用力造成乳腺受傷發炎,最建議的按摩時機是剛洗完澡或是泡澡中,身體血液循環最好之外,對按摩精油、乳液吸收也最強。

穴位按摩可以暢通胸部的氣血循環,不過,李昀真說,懷孕期間、生理期時,應暫停胸部按摩,因為身體狀況比較敏感,過度按摩可能會造成乳腺發炎或是子宮收縮不良。

如果想用飲食保養,李昀真建議,要特別注意膠質攝取,動物性膠質像是豬皮、豬腳、魚皮、雞腳、虱目魚等;植物性則有山藥、秋葵、黑木耳、白木耳、蘆薈、南瓜等,富含膠質的食物可以讓胸部增加QQ的彈性,也增加肌膚的緊緻。1050728
