有人說女人的錢最好掙,這話一點都不假,女人們為了美把大把大把的票子灑在了美容院裡,灑在商場的護膚專櫃上,其實我們護膚不僅可以通過昂貴的護膚品來解決,日常生活中的一些食物就可以很好的幫助我們來護膚的。

食物來護膚:

1、西瓜滋潤皮膚。

西瓜不僅清新可口,還富含維生素C、番茄紅素和鉀。有助於調節人體水分平衡,使細胞得到充分的營養,讓皮膚更滋潤。

2、石榴軟化皮膚。

石榴富含維生素C,有助於防曬護膚。其中的鞣花酸等多酚物質可抗擊人體自由基,保護角質,從而使用皮膚豐滿柔軟光滑。每周應吃一個石榴。

3、菠菜讓皮膚更結實。

菠菜中含有特殊的植物營養素、抗氧化復合物,有助於防止皮膚曬傷。菠菜中的β胡蘿蔔素和葉黃素可改善皮膚彈性。甘藍也有類似的作用。傑姬·紐根特建議,每周應吃3次菠菜或者甘藍。

4、橄欖油讓皮膚光亮。

橄欖油含有益健康的歐米伽—3脂肪酸,可促進循環,使皮膚紅潤柔軟。傑姬·紐根特建議,每天應攝食一勺橄欖油。

5、藍莓防皺紋。

藍莓中抗氧化劑含量幾乎超過其他任何食物。抗氧化劑有助於保護皮膚免受由於日曬、情緒壓力或過量運動導致的自由基損傷。每天吃藍莓可防止因皮膚細胞損傷而導致的皮膚老化和皺紋增多等問題。
