專家教你16種避暑方法

持續幾天地高溫,大家都在為如何度過漫長的盛夏而發愁吧!據《每日郵報》報道,英國專家特意為酷暑提出了16種避暑方法,幫你度過一個清涼的夏季。

    1.少吃多餐

一頓飯吃的東西越多,為了消化這些食物,身體産生代謝熱量也就越多。特別注意少吃高蛋白的食物,它們産生的代謝熱量尤其多。

    2.吃辛辣食物

雖然大熱天裏吃這些東西的確難以想像,但是辛辣食物可以刺激口腔內的熱量接收器,提高血液循環,導致大量出汗,所有這些都有助于降低體溫。

    3.溫水衝澡

使用稍低于體溫的溫水衝澡或沐浴,特別是在睡前進行。雖説衝涼水澡讓你聽起來很誘人,但是你的身體會在涼水澡後産生更多的熱量以彌補衝澡時失去的熱量。

    4.呆在地下室

如果你有一間地下室,最好在每天太陽最毒,氣溫最高的時候躲在裏面,一般情況下地下室的溫度都會比高層樓房溫度低10到15度。

  5.室內要拉簾

不在家時,把窗簾拉上,這樣就能阻止熱量進入,以防形成溫室。

6.多喝水

在炎熱的天氣裏,你或許想要一杯冰鎮啤酒。最好少喝酒,因為酒精可能導致身體缺水。礦泉水或低糖汽水是更好的選擇。此外,咖啡或是可樂等含有咖啡因的飲料也盡量少喝,它們都會增加體內的代謝熱量。

    7.女性選用蘆薈産品

用冰涼的蘆薈油代替保濕霜,早晚使用能夠起到降低皮膚溫度的效果。

    8.放慢動作

避免劇烈活動,巨烈活動將激活身體能量,增加內部溫度。如果你有跑步的習慣,最好在每天早上7點前氣溫相對較低的時候再跑。

9.使用冰袋

可以重復使用的冰袋是很好的降低皮膚溫度的工具,裏面預充的液體無需冰箱冷凍就有降溫效果。

10.選好枕具

使用羽毛或絨毛枕頭,枕套最好是棉質的,合成纖維的枕套會積累熱量。

    11.自制降溫用品

如果第二天你要在烈日炎炎中忙碌,最好前一天晚上準備一些濕的絨布放在冰箱裏,第二天找個塑料袋裝上,開始感覺熱的時候用它們擦擦臉,你會備感涼快。

    12.睡前冰床單

換掉棉被,蓋個床單,還覺得熱的話,給床單套個塑料袋,睡前放在冰箱裏冰上幾個小時。我們入睡時體溫會有所下降,這就是為什麼在熱天裏很難入睡的原因,從冰箱裏直接拿出來的清涼床單會幫助你盡快入睡。

   13.做白日夢

坐著休息一下,閉上眼睛,小睡一會兒。研究表明,人體對“白日夢”的反應之一就是降低身體溫度。

    14.喝菊花茶

專業人士稱菊花茶能夠降溫清腦。

    15.穿棉質服裝

穿上輕薄的淺色棉質衣服,合成纖維衣料容易鎖住熱量,而棉質衣服利于排汗,汗水的蒸發又能使你感覺更加涼爽,淺色衣服還能反射更多的陽光。

 16.涼水衝手腕

每隔幾個小時把手腕放在自來水龍頭下衝五秒,因為那裏是動脈流過的地方,這樣做可以降低血液溫度。
