少量多餐無助減肥 營養師建議掌握熱量才有效!

food-vegetables-meal-kitchen許多人會藉由少量多餐來減重,一餐只吃一點點,分成多餐吃,這種減重方式,因為餐與餐的時間間隔近,就算沒吃飽在心理上也會產生慰藉感,對減重者來說似乎較容易做到,但營養師對此有不同看法。

少量多餐的概念是,每一餐的份量少,餓的時候再吃下一餐,防止身體因為飢餓降低代謝,但對於需要減重的人來說並不適合,且現代人大多外食為主,熱量較難控制;營養師指出在臨床上,常碰到諮詢減重的人,實行少量多餐卻瘦不下來,原因在於沒有計算份量與熱量,常常一天的熱量就多於平常應該要攝取的熱量。

在減重期間,攝取的熱量應該要少於平常攝取的熱量,才有效果,假設一位25歲的女性,平常攝取的熱量是2400大卡,那減重時攝取的熱量就要小於2400大卡,或是增加運動量消耗。

現代人活動量少又比較沒有運動的習慣,只好選擇靠調整飲食來減重,想要呈現直接效果,首先必須控制好食物的份量與熱量,分配三餐要攝取的熱量,當然零食、甜點、含糖飲料在減重期間要盡量避免,飲食均衡並控制好熱量,減重效果自然看得到。
